Rent needs to be paid in quarterly instalments: by 25 October 2010, 25 January 2011 and 25 April 2011 (for 40 week agreements) and by 25 October 2010, 25 January 2011, 25 April 2011 and 25 July 2011 (for 50/52 week agreements).
