Your rent includes:

Rent needs to be paid in monthly instalments with the first payment made prior to arrival followed by payments on the 15th of every month from October 2010 to May 2011 (inclusive) for 40 week agreements and on the 15th of the month from September 2010 to August 2011 (inclusive) for 50/52 week agreements.
